We turn the Tybee Post Theater into NOLA for a Mardi Gras celebration to remember! The nationally acclaimed big band, The Fabulous Equinox Orchestra, present a charming blend of Swingin’ Sinatra-style Standards, Motown, and Southern Soul all garnished with that unique Louisiana spice. The Louisiana natives bring the spirit of New Orleans in their first performance at the Post!  

Our colorful winter Carnival in front of the Post kicks off with a VIP Mardi Gras gala with complimentary cocktails, Cajun hors d'oeuvres and king cakes, of course, and a chance to meet and greet Jeremy Davis and Clay Johnson, the stars of Savannah's famous big band. Come in costume, or at least dress in purple, green, and gold, and we’ll provide the beads!

 After the party, The Fabulous Equinox, Savannah’s big band that has taken the country by storm with their style, swagger and Great American Songbook set lists will take the stage.  Along with the greatest songs, the best original arrangements and phenomenal musicianship, Jeremy and Clay bring their rich friendship and charm to the stage. Big Band for a new generation!
